Sumac Grill is created by a great team of Restaurateurs. The back of house Head chef comes with a wealth of experience cooking in top Turkish and Mediterranean restaurants in Turkey as well as in United Kingdom. Front of house is lead by Anfor faroeg who owned and managed of over 10 restaurants brings style, finesse and quality to the operation. Anfor bas won many awards with previous restaurants as well as from the prestigious Le Routiers and Egon Roney for quality and service to the industry.
